These roles are in high demand at venues such as stadiums,nightclubs, festivals, shopping centres, and more. Here’s what we currently offer:
Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work
This one-day course gives you the basic skills to deal with first aid situations in the workplace. You’ll learn how to respond in an emergency, provide CPR, treat minor injuries, and manage incidents until professional help arrives. This qualification is also a great add-on for anyone working in a public-facing role.
Level 2 Door Supervisor
This course is required if you want to work as a licensed door supervisor (bouncer/security staff) in bars, clubs, events, and many other settings. You’ll learn about conflict management, physical intervention, the law around security work, how to keep people safe, and how to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
