The Jumpstart to Success program is a collaborative initiative led by the City of London Corporation's Adult Skills and Education Service, in partnership with several London boroughs and grassroots organisations such as Cultiv8. The program provides mentorship and guidance to support young people aged 16–24 who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET) to overcome barriers and transition into education, employment, or training. The program integrates groups facing additional challenges, including those from ethnic minorities, women and individuals with disabilities. The program is funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), which is part of the UK government's Levelling Up agenda.
